Invitation and acceptable use
Access is limited to an administrator-allowlisted Google account and one private household per tester. Do not share access, upload content you are not permitted to process, probe another household, or use Recall for unlawful or harmful activity.
Beta limitations
Features may be unavailable, changed, paused, or removed while safety and reliability are evaluated. Recall can make extraction mistakes and may abstain. Confirm source documents before acting. Recall does not provide legal, financial, tax, medical, immigration, insurance, or other professional advice.
Supported capabilities
The beta may enable Indian passport, vehicle RC, and motor-insurance capture; Today, Life, Search, evidence-grounded Ask and Explain; optional generic email reminders; export; and document deletion. Each capability is enabled independently after its release gate passes. Account-erasure requests are available from Profile, while category-specific automated purge remains subject to the production retention gates described in the Privacy notice. Sharing, public signup, SMS or push notifications, payments, and Apple Auth are not included.
Pricing preview
Any Family price, annual saving, or seven-day trial shown in the product is informational only. Billing, trial activation, entitlements, invoices, and automatic renewal are not enabled. Joining the private beta does not start a paid subscription.
Your responsibilities
- Protect your Google account, authenticator, and device sessions.
- Review extracted facts, relationships, reminders, and citations.
- Report suspected privacy, security, tenant-isolation, or deletion failures without including document contents in ordinary email.
- Keep an independent copy of documents you need; Recall is not the system of record.
Availability and suspension
The operator may suspend admission, uploads, AI, Ask, export, deletion, or the entire beta to protect data, control cost, address provider capacity, or investigate an incident. Access may be revoked for misuse or at the end of the evaluation.
Data handling
The public Privacy notice forms part of these terms. It describes providers, regional configuration, global processing for bounded grounded Ask requests, retention, export, deletion, backup expiry, and support access. Ask does not have an India processing or residency guarantee. Do not join if those beta boundaries are unsuitable.
